The following Websites are owned and operated by Propeller Cap, LLC (“Propeller Cap”) and are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Sites by Propeller Cap (as a whole, the “Agreement”).
These terms and conditions apply to all Websites owned and operated by Propeller Cap including:
These terms and conditions also apply to any other Sites that Propeller Cap has owned or operated, does own and operate or may own or operate in the future including social media sites. By accessing any of the above Websites, including this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you choose not to consent to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Sites and any of their contents or services. Moreover, the Websites are available only to individuals who are 13 years of age or older.
License and Restrictions
All contents of the Websites are protected by copyright and trademark laws, and are the property of their owners. All information is copyrighted by Chuck Miller or Propeller Cap. Unless otherwise noted, you may access and use the information and materials (written content, downloadable files and software) contained within the Sites for your personal use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Propeller Cap’s Websites; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server. The only exception to the above limitations is the use of brief quotations in printed reviews and electronic media. By using the Websites, you agree to abide by the above, as well as all copyright notices or other posted restrictions.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Propeller Cap at any time. Further, Propeller Cap does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, correctness, implied effectiveness or reliability of the ideas, advice or guidelines imparted on its Websites, as well as those provided in its products. The only exception is guarantees of satisfaction that are clearly labeled as guarantees within its Websites.
Neither Propeller Cap nor any of its respective licensors or suppliers warrant that any functions contained in the Websites will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the Sites, or the servers that make them available, are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Moreover, unless stipulated otherwise, Propeller Cap does not endorse, warrant or guarantee any writers, speakers, content, products or services offered on the Sites, or on any linked site that is owned and operated by other individuals, companies or organizations. While Propeller Cap has affiliate agreements with a limited number of companies, it has no involvement in and does not monitor any transaction between users and third-party providers of content, products or services.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Propeller Cap or any of its employees, licensors or suppliers be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials or information provided on the Websites, or any products or services provided pursuant to the Sites, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost data), so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall the total liability to you by Propeller Cap or any of its employees, licensors or suppliers for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you to Propeller Cap, if any, for accessing the Websites.
User Interaction
You can interact with other users of the Websites and with staff through blog comments, polls and contact forms. You may not post on any blog, include in any poll or send to Propeller Cap’s staff any material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, invades a person’s privacy, violates any intellectual or other property rights or that would otherwise violate any law. You may not post any material known to be false, nor post or transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component.
Propeller Cap is not responsible for material appearing in any blogs on the Sites, except for material signed by one of its identified representatives, nor for screening material posted by users for libel, obscenity, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark infringement, accuracy or for any other reason. Nevertheless, interaction is a privilege and not an entitlement. As such, Propeller Cap retains the right to modify or remove messages or other material that, in its sole discretion, is considered infringing, offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, snarky, stale or otherwise unacceptable. Propeller Cap also reserves the right to edit materials for any other reason.
Moreover, whether or not Propeller Cap modifies or removes such material, users remain solely responsible for the content of their messages or postings. By posting on the Websites, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) Propeller Cap and/or relevant affiliated companies the worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive right to use your questions, comments and postings, in their original or edited form, in television programs, videos, books, articles, commentaries or in any other medium now known or later developed. You also affirm that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content you have posted and that the public posting and use of such content by Propeller Cap will not infringe the rights of any third party. Additionally, you warrant that any “moral rights” in posted materials have been waived. You are also not entitled to any compensation for any materials you may post on the Websites.

Privacy Policy
Propeller Cap, LLC (“Propeller Cap”) has developed this Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how personal information is collected, communicated, disclosed and used on its websites (collectively, the “Websites” or “Sites”). This policy governs your access to and use of Propeller Cap’s Websites, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through them, whether as a guest or a registered user. This policy applies to information collected on the Websites and in email, text or other electronic messages between you and the Sites. Propeller Cap is committed to conducting business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
Website Visitors
Propeller Cap collects non-personally-identifying information on its Websites of the nature that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as browser type, language preference, referring site and the date and time of each visitor request. Propeller Cap’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how its visitors use the Sites. From time to time, Propeller Cap may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its Websites.
Propeller Cap also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on its Sites. Propeller Cap only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the Websites where the comments are left.

If you are 13 years of age or younger, do not use or provide any information on the Websites or on or through any of their features. Do not register on the Sites, make any purchases through the Websites, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Sites (such as blog comments or polls) or provide any information about yourself to Propeller Cap, including your name, address, telephone number, email address or any screen name or user name you may employ.
If Propeller Cap learns it has collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, that information will be deleted. If you believe Propeller Cap might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact the administrators.
Gathering of Information
Certain visitors to Propeller Cap’s Websites choose to interact in ways that require Propeller Cap to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Propeller Cap gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, commenting on blogs and using contact forms require visitors to provide their name and email address. Those who engage in transactions with Propeller Cap are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Propeller Cap collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction. Propeller Cap does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Propeller Cap’s Sites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Propeller Cap will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone.

If you send a request (for example, via email or one of our feedback forms), Propeller Cap reserves the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Propeller Cap takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

Propeller Cap will retain any information you choose to provide to us until the earlier of: (i) you asking us to delete the information, (ii) our decision to cease using our existing data providers, or (iii) Propeller Cap decides that the value in retaining the data is outweighed by the costs of retaining it. You have the right to seek restrictions on the processing of your data. You have the right to object to the processing of your data and the right to the portability of your data. To exercise your rights, please contact the administrators.
To the extent that you provided consent to Propeller Cap’s processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based upon consent that occurred prior to your withdrawal of consent.
