The following terms and conditions relate to the use of the websites listed below, including this site, and govern the use of all materials, services and products available at or through the websites (collectively, the “Websites” or “Sites”). The following Websites are owned and operated by Propeller Cap, LLC (“Propeller Cap”) and are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Sites by Propeller Cap (as a whole, the “Agreement”).
These terms and conditions apply to all Websites owned and operated by Propeller Cap including:
License and Restrictions
All contents of the Websites are protected by copyright and trademark laws, and are the property of their owners. All information is copyrighted by Chuck Miller or Propeller Cap. Unless otherwise noted, you may access and use the information and materials (written content, downloadable files and software) contained within the Sites for your personal use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Propeller Cap’s Websites; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server. The only exception to the above limitations is the use of brief quotations in printed reviews and electronic media. By using the Websites, you agree to abide by the above, as well as all copyright notices or other posted restrictions.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Propeller Cap at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
All information, services, products, claims, topics and materials on Propeller Cap’s Sites are provided “as is.” Propeller Cap makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Propeller Cap does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, correctness, implied effectiveness or reliability of the ideas, advice or guidelines imparted on its Websites, as well as those provided in its products. The only exception is guarantees of satisfaction that are clearly labeled as guarantees within its Websites.
Neither Propeller Cap nor any of its respective licensors or suppliers warrant that any functions contained in the Websites will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the Sites, or the servers that make them available, are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Moreover, unless stipulated otherwise, Propeller Cap does not endorse, warrant or guarantee any writers, speakers, content, products or services offered on the Sites, or on any linked site that is owned and operated by other individuals, companies or organizations. While Propeller Cap has affiliate agreements with a limited number of companies, it has no involvement in and does not monitor any transaction between users and third-party providers of content, products or services.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Propeller Cap or any of its employees, licensors or suppliers be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials or information provided on the Websites, or any products or services provided pursuant to the Sites, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost data), so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall the total liability to you by Propeller Cap or any of its employees, licensors or suppliers for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you to Propeller Cap, if any, for accessing the Websites.
You can interact with other users of the Websites and with staff through blog comments, polls and contact forms. You may not post on any blog, include in any poll or send to Propeller Cap’s staff any material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, invades a person’s privacy, violates any intellectual or other property rights or that would otherwise violate any law. You may not use any form of interaction in a commercial manner. Further, you may not post any materials that solicits funds, contains stock touts or that advertises or solicits goods or services. You may not post any material known to be false, nor post or transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component.
Propeller Cap is not responsible for material appearing in any blogs on the Sites, except for material signed by one of its identified representatives, nor for screening material posted by users for libel, obscenity, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark infringement, accuracy or for any other reason. Nevertheless, interaction is a privilege and not an entitlement. As such, Propeller Cap retains the right to modify or remove messages or other material that, in its sole discretion, is considered infringing, offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, snarky, stale or otherwise unacceptable. Propeller Cap also reserves the right to edit materials for any other reason.
Moreover, whether or not Propeller Cap modifies or removes such material, users remain solely responsible for the content of their messages or postings. By posting on the Websites, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) Propeller Cap and/or relevant affiliated companies the worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive right to use your questions, comments and postings, in their original or edited form, in television programs, videos, books, articles, commentaries or in any other medium now known or later developed. You also affirm that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content you have posted and that the public posting and use of such content by Propeller Cap will not infringe the rights of any third party. Additionally, you warrant that any “moral rights” in posted materials have been waived. You are also not entitled to any compensation for any materials you may post on the Websites.
The information contained in or made available by Propeller Cap through the Websites (including but not limited to information contained in articles, blog posts, videos and responses to requests made through contact forms or personal email) does not serve as a replacement or substitute for the services of trained professionals. Propeller Cap makes no representations or warranties concerning any treatment, action or application of medication or preparation by any person following the information offered or provided within or through its Sites. Neither Propeller Cap nor its owners, partners, or any of their affiliates, will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death. You alone bear full responsibility and accountability for your decisions, actions and their results and agree not to attempt to hold Propeller Cap or its representatives liable at any time or under any circumstance.

Propeller Cap has not reviewed all of the websites linked to its Sites and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. Nor, does Propeller Cap assume any responsibility whatsoever for the products, services, materials or advertising made available through those websites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Propeller Cap of any site either. Moreover, Propeller Cap is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage incurred, or alleged to have incurred, in conjunction with the use of goods, services or contents available on sites other than those owned and operated by Propeller Cap. Use of any such linked website is at your own risk.

If Propeller Cap learns it has collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, that information will be deleted. If you believe Propeller Cap might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact the administrators.

Those who engage in transactions with Propeller Cap are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Propeller Cap collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction. Propeller Cap does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Propeller Cap’s Sites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Propeller Cap will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone.
Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Propeller Cap discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Propeller Cap believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Propeller Cap, third parties or the public at large.
